The Scream Chamber Haunted Attraction

Covid-19 Information

So many changes this year! While the monsters are getting ready to make you scream our staff is doing everything we can to keep you safe, from the germs anyway…

Our guest’s safety is our number one priority. During this difficult and unusual time we are trying to do our part here at the Chamber to “Slow the Spread” and keep you safe!  We will continue to monitor the CDC website to stay up-to-date on any new protocols or guidelines that will assist in the health and safety of our guests.

We ask that you please be patient with us. Social Distancing guidelines could make the wait times a bit longer.

Steps we are taking

Staff: All costumes and masks are sanitized after each performance.

Social Distancing: The queue line and waiting areas are both located outdoors in the open air. We are making adjustments to expand our waiting area which will allow for more room to distance between groups. As always, we will time entrance to the attraction to allow distancing between each group. The queue line will be clearly marked for guests to maintain social distancing.

Additional Cleaning: All touchable surfaces of the haunt will be sanitized frequently throughout the night (example: doors, knobs, push bars, walls, etc..). We have staff that will be dedicated to this purpose.

Sanitizing Stations: We will have sanitizing stations available outdoors for our guests as well as stations mounted throughout the attraction. We will highly encourage guests to use these stations at the security entrance as well as the entrance and exit of the haunt.

Directional Flow: Most places now have arrows to “Shop this way”. Our attraction already has a flow in place. You enter one door and follow a one directional path until you reach the exit. There are several Emergency Exit doors that can be used to escape which will all lead you in a one directional exit path.

Ticket Purchases: To accommodate the social distancing guidelines we will continue to use our ticketing system as we did last season. The ticket booth attendant will give you an estimated time when you arrive and your group number will be announced over the loud speaker when it is your time to enter the queue line.  Once you have purchased your ticket you may choose to wait outside, in your vehicle, or return to the attraction closer to your allotted time.

While we love seeing you scared and screaming we prefer to leave that to our monsters inside. We all know Covid-19 is very real. We ask that you make good decisions while in attendance at The Scream Chamber or any other public place or event. Be respectful of other guests by maintaining social distance or wearing a mask when social distance is not possible. As always you ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. By voluntarily entering this attraction you assume all risk and responsibility for your health and safety (mental or physical).
