Overnight Investigations

Come join us for a night of excitement and terror at The Scream Chamber. You will get a behind the scenes tour of the haunt as you learn about its dark history and the family that first called it home. Although the Cleages have not physically inhabited the premises for over 100 years, they still give a glimpse, smell, whisper or touch at times to remind you that they never left.

We will share personal encounters and some of the actual ghost stories that have been passed from generation to generation about this historic home. Hearing the stories as you stand in the exact spot they took place, and hunting in the darkness for the spirits that live within the walls, is not something everyone can do. Are you brave enough to spend a night with the Cleages inside the Chamber?

Overnight Investigations Include:

• Small group history tours with detailed accounts of personal experience and the retelling of Actual Ghost stories reported to have happened inside the Mansion.
• Outdoor Bonfire
• Access to our 32 camera security system.
• Access to explore Upstairs, Main floor, and Cellar during your scheduled time block.
• Late Night Ghost Hunt with Resident Ghost Hunter, Steve Phillips. Limited equipment will be available during this time. You may bring additional equipment for your personal use but it is not required. The Scream Chamber is not responsible for lost or damaged equipment. However, we do not allow video or photography on the Main level of the home where the Haunted Attraction is set up. Any violation of this rule will result in the termination of your stay at The Scream Chamber. There will be plenty of other photo opportunities for you to record/remember your visit.
• Bring your own sleeping bag and pillows! This is an indoor campout style sleepover. No cots or special sleeping accommodations are provided to our guests. Please note this home was built in 1826 and is NOT a hotel or even a livable residence at this time. We will have outdoor portable facilities available for your use during your stay.

Rates

The nightly rate is $400.00. Overnight rates are based on groups of up to 6 people. You will arrive at 8PM on your scheduled date and depart at 8AM the following morning. If you wish to add additional members to your group there will be a $50.00 charge per person (over 6).

Enter at your own Risk! The Scream Chamber is not responsible for injury, being mental or physical. Please see our website for a list of Scream Chamber Rules and Disclaimers. All posted Rules and disclaimers apply to the overnight stay as well as any other event held. By purchasing a ticket the customer assumes all risk including but not limited to: Slipping, falling, cuts, scrapes, sprains, breaks,bites, etc... that may occur during your stay.

• No weapons of any kind (including pocket knives)
• No Drugs or Alcohol (if you arrive under the influence you will be asked to leave without a refund)
• No Smoking inside the building. There will be designated Smoking areas located outside.
• No touching props
• No pets allowed
• Not responsible for lost or stolen items.

YOU MAY LEAVE AT ANY TIME... You will be allowed access in and out of the home at any time you wish. We understand that the house can be alot to take in at times and some need frequent breaks during their visit. We have seating outside by the bonfire that you can enjoy during your break times. However, if you choose to leave the property your stay will be considered forfeited without refund.

PARANORMAL GROUPS ARE WELCOME!

MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO ATTEND AN OVERNIGHT STAY. A WAIVER IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL FOR EACH MEMBER OF YOUR GROUP.
